Cargo & Transportation

Currently, MS Enterprises utilizes reliable public cargo and transportation services for nationwide deliveries. Customers are responsible for the actual transportation charges quoted by the selected cargo provider.

We are actively working to establish our own transportation and logistics arrangements to provide a more convenient and streamlined delivery experience in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment details and tracking information (where available) will be shared with you via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. If any damage is visible during transit, please notify the cargo representative and contact our support team immediately.
